Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days of purchase. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We want customers to be satisfied with the items they have purchased and we will promptly provide an exchange or return as needed. To receive full credit, all returned items must be in the same condition as when received, complete with original box and packaging. Merchandise not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return.
We aim to always provide exemplary customer service and to always deal with our customers fairly and reasonably. If we choose to provide a refund, Credit/Debit cards will be credited directly to your account. In the event you paid with PayPal, refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account. If no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at the products current price to a Zanzara Digital Gift Card.
Refunds are issued after we receive the item at our processing center. All returns must have an RMA (return authorization number). Once the product is received and approved, You will receive an email from us notifying you of the credit. Please follow the instructions below to submit a return merchandise authorization request.
1. Log into your account at https://zanzara.com/login and select "MY ACCOUNT" from the top menu
2. In the My account screen, select Order History & Details
3. Select "Details" next to the order you want to return
4. Scroll down to the Product Section and click the box next to the product you would like to return
5. In the Merchandise Return Section, type the reason for the return and click request return
6. You will be redirected to the Merchandise Returns section where you can find the status of your return.
When your return is approved, you will receive an email with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) & shipping Label.
You can always check the status of your return(s), and see messages from Zanzara Customer Service by going to "My Account" and Selecting Merchandise Returns.
All updates and communication from Zanzara will also be emailed to your registered email address for your convenience.
