We are expert at Interaction Design for technology projects - web, software applications, operating systems, mobile and embedded devices.

Our methods have grown from a desire to speed up product design and make the outcome more predictable. With twenty years of experience our approach is quite refined, which means we provide very high value results.

Interaction design: We work closely with engineers to design the interaction that enables your customers to use your product. We can produce detailed UI Specs and delivered production graphics where required.

Design research: We have pioneered many forms of design research, initially at Apple, then for many large and small clients. The research approach we take depends on your budget and where you are in the development process. Talk to us and we’ll give you a range of options for doing design research that is relevant and actionable.

Usability testing: When required we conduct usability testing. Usually this is done as part of the design process, using prototypes to validate ideas.
