Zanzara was founded in 1990 in Silicon Valley when usability and interaction design first started to have a more mainstream influence on product development. Our principals, Amanda Mander and Richard Mander started their careers at Apple Computer. Since then they have worked with the leaders in this field on many innovative products and new technologies and for many Fortune 100 companies. Between them, Amanda and Richard have 10 US patents. In 2004, Zanzara moved its' headquarters to Christchurch, New Zealand where Amanda Mander continues to evangelize the user centred design process and help companies to make their products the best they can be.
